Biography

Juan José González is a Level 2 Solutions Engineer at NinjaOne, where he supports MSPs and IT teams through their onboarding process, resolves technical questions, and provides support on platform-related projects. He holds certifications from Bitdefender and SentinelOne and holds a degree in International Business, with studies completed in Berlin. His strength lies in identifying issues before they escalate and resolving them quickly, making him a trusted technical resource for customers. Originally from Ecuador, he brings seven years of experience as a Solutions Engineer in SaaS companies, two of them at NinjaOne. Outside of work he is a photographer, climber, and enjoys learning languages for fun. He is people-oriented, with a genuine interest in humanitarian causes.
