The Full Congress Pass includes access to all conference sessions (in both congress rooms), as well as the exhibition area, networking activities and the full event programme. The Expo+ Pass gives access to the exhibition area, the networking hub and the startup area, but not the congress sessions or talks. If your main interest is discovering the latest trends in the sector, we recommend the Full Congress Pass.

Ticket refunds are not possible under the terms accepted at purchase. As a general rule, once the registration fee has been paid it cannot be refunded if you don’t attend the event. Exception: if the event is cancelled due to force majeure or reasons attributable to Fira de Barcelona, the registration fee will be refunded on request — this never includes other costs such as transport, accommodation or subsistence.
Once you have your ticket, you can obtain your invoice — and change its details — in the visitor area.

Accreditation & Badge
Your digital pass will be available in the official event app once it launches in early October. When you arrive at the venue, we’ll scan your pass and print your badge on the spot.

Metro L9 Sud connects Barcelona airport (T1 and T2) directly to the venue in about 15–20 minutes. Other options: taxi (around 20 minutes) or the Aerobús to Plaça Espanya plus metro L9.
No, we don’t organise a shuttle service — metro and taxi connections are fast and direct.
There are several hotel options within a 5–15 minute walk of the venue, especially around Plaça Europa (next to Fira Gran Via) and the Bellvitge area. Check the accommodation section of our website for specific options and rates.
