Every agentic SOC demo works, because every demo environment has perfect context. Yours does not. An alert carries almost none of what is needed to judge it: who the identity is, how critical the asset is, what depends on it, whether a change window is open. Analysts assemble that context by asking people. An agent has nobody to ask, and when context is missing it does not stop, it reasons around the gap and answers confidently anyway.
