Biography

Kirti Kumar is a Partner at EY and Global CTO for Cyber AI Products. Over two decades, he has led hyper-scale cyber programmes for clients across life sciences, banking, manufacturing, automotive, retail and telecommunications. His work focuses on helping C-level executives achieve Cyber Value Realisation, building AI-native cyber products that solve real-world challenges, and supporting EU enterprises embarking on Sovereign Cyber AI initiatives.

Those are the obvious ones. The harder questions are who can alter your AI, whether your defenders can live without it, and one rarely asked: how far an attacker can steer it without ever touching it. Drawing on real-world initiatives, this session sets out a reference architecture for Sovereign Cyber AI and its value-realisation model.
