Nick Saharan is a global authority on Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and cyber-physical resilience across the global food supply chain. A veteran of digital 
transformation across North America, Europe and Australia. Nick formerly led global 
manufacturing software & automation initiatives at Marel serving largest industrial food plants. 
Today, Nick bridges the critical divide between factory-floor operations, nation-state cyber threats, and executive defense strategy by uniting government agencies, OT cyber specialists, food associations, food industry leaders and OEMs worldwide.
