Biography
Geoffroy Boulard is Vice-President for Communication and Digital Innovation at the Greater Paris Metropolis (Métropole du Grand Paris) and Mayor of Paris’s 17th District. Since 2020, he has been leading the Metropolis’ strategy on digital transformation, innovation, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, promoting the development of more sustainable, resilient and connected cities. He chairs the Innover dans la Ville innovation fund and has launched several flagship programmes supporting local authorities in adopting new technologies, strengthening digital resilience and fostering innovation ecosystems across the metropolitan area. At both the local and metropolitan levels, he is committed to leveraging digital solutions to enhance public services, improve quality of life and address the challenges facing cities in the digital age.Sessions
