Edoardo Tarricone

Biography

Edoardo Tarricone is the CEO and co-founder of Complaion, the platform that helps SMEs achieve ISO certifi cations and comply with European regulations such as NIS2, GDPR and the EU AI Act. After a career in strategic consulting at McKinsey and several entrepreneurial ventures, he saw fi rst-hand how costly and slow compliance can be for smaller companies, and chose to focus entirely on solving that problem. As CEO, he leads Complaion’s strategic vision and growth, recently backed by a funding round led by Eurazeo and Italian Founders Fund. As a certifi ed Lead Auditor he combines a strategic perspective with hands-on audit expertise to make compliance accessible, fast and sustainable for European SMEs.
