Data controller: Catalan Cybersecurity Agency. Who is responsible for processing the data?
The Catalan Cybersecurity Agency with address at C / Salvador Espriu, 45-51, 3rd floor, 08908 L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona, telephone + 34 935 57 42 40.
To contact the Data Protection Officer of the Agency, please contact the e-mail address dpd@ciberseguretat.cat or the postal address of the Agency, indicating “To the attention of the Data Protection Officer”.
For what purpose do we process the data?
Personal data will be processed in order to manage the co-organization of the Barcelona Cybersecurity Congress, to report on the next editions of the congress and on other events related to cybersecurity.
How long will we keep the data?
The personal data provided will be kept from the moment of its collection, as well as for the time necessary to achieve the stated purpose and, where applicable, for the time necessary to fulfill any legal obligation.
What is the legitimacy for the processing of data?
The processing of personal data is based on the fulfillment of a mission carried out in the public interest in relation to Law 15/2017, of 25 July, of the Cybersecurity Agency of Catalonia and on the consent of the interested party in relation for the purpose of reporting on upcoming editions of the congress and other events.
To which recipients will we communicate the data?
The data of the interested parties may be communicated to those third parties for whom it is necessary to intervene for the correct management of the provision of the service as a data controller.
Except in the cases described above, the data will not be communicated to other categories of recipients, except in the cases provided by law.
What are the rights of the people concerned and how can they be exercised?
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition to the processing and request for limitation of the data to the controller by written request to the email protecciodades@ciberseguretat.cat or to the postal address of the Agency . The application for the exercise of rights must be accompanied by a copy of your official identity document or in person at the address provided.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority about your usual place of residence, place of work or place of non-compliance with data protection regulations. If this authority is the Catalan Data Protection Authority, you can do so by going to its address at Carrer Rosselló, 214, esc. A, 1r 1a, 08008 Barcelona or at its electronic headquarters at https://apdcat.gencat.cat/ca/inici/.

Amb quina finalitat tractem les dades?
Les dades personals es tractaran per tal de gestionar la co-organització del Barcelona Cybersecurity Congress, informar de les properes edicions del congrés i sobre altres esdeveniments relacionats amb la ciberseguretat.
Durant quant de temps conservarem les dades?
Les dades personals proporcionades es conservaran des del moment de la seva recollida, així com durant el temps necessari per a la consecució de la finalitat indicada i, si escau, durant el temps necessari per a complir qualsevol obligació legal.
Quina és la legitimació per al tractament de les dades?
El tractament de dades personals es basa en el compliment d’una missió realitzada en interès públic en relació amb la Llei 15/2017, del 25 de juliol, de l’Agència de Ciberseguretat de Catalunya i en el consentiment de l’interessat en relació a la finalitat relativa a informar de properes edicions del congrés i d’altres esdeveniments.
A quins destinataris comunicarem les dades?
Les dades dels interessats podran ser comunicades a aquells tercers pels quals resulti necessària la seva intervenció per a la correcta gestió de la prestació del servei en condició d’encarregat de tractament.
Fora dels supòsits descrits anteriorment, les dades no es comunicaran a altres categories de destinataris, excepte en els casos previstos legalment.
Quins són els drets de les persones interessades i com es poden exercir?
Podrà exercir els drets d’accés, rectificació, supressió, oposició al tractament i sol·licitud de limitació de les dades davant el responsable del tractament mitjançant petició escrita dirigida al correu electrònic protecciodades@ciberseguretat.cat o a l’adreça postal de l’Agència. La sol·licitud d’exercici de drets haurà d’anar acompanyada d’una còpia del seu document d’identitat oficial o s’haurà de fer presencialment a la referida adreça.
Així mateix, té dret a presentar una reclamació davant de l’autoritat de protecció de dades competent del seu lloc de residència habitual, lloc de treball o lloc on s’hagi produït l’incompliment de la normativa de protecció de dades.
